Window Sill 2961 is another sketch that Max drew at his home. He was happy to draw things as they were, no flowery additions.
There is a whole collection of pen and pencil sketches here on his website. As well as being a wonderful cartoonist, Max was fairly serious about landscapes, abstract and all other forms of creative artwork and worked in all medias. Some of his work is a little on the dark side. The cartoons demonstrated the opposite lighthearted side of Max and all is here to see.
